The Terms and Conditions published below apply to the Questionnaire Survey Prize Draws associated with research into Drone/UAV testing & training facilities on behalf of the Briongos MacKinnon Partnership and administered by GAP Communications.
1. The promoter of the prize draw is the Briongos MacKinnon Partnership, ML10 6RW.
2. The administrator of the prize draw is GAP Communications, 55 Loudoun Road, Newmilns, KA16 9HJ.
3. The free prize draw is open to all respondents aged 18 years or over, except employees, freelances, volunteers, trustees and partners of GAP Communications, Muirhead Media and the Briongos MacKinnon Partnership, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the draw.
4. Upon completing the Drone/UAV testing & training facilities survey, you will be entitled to enter the free prize draw.
a. There is no cost for entry.
b. Only one entry can be made
5. You must provide an email address to be entered into the free prize draw. We will only use email addresses for the purpose of administering the free prize draw in accordance with these rules. They will not be used for any other purpose.
6. The closing date of the free prize draw is 23.59 on 8th June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
7. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
8. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process and supervised by an independent third party on 15th June 2026.
9. Winner’s names will not be publicised.
10. The winner will receive a £100 Amazon voucher. The voucher will be emailed to the winner.
11. The winner will be notified by email (using the details provided at entry) on the same day the draw is made. If the winner does not respond to us within 14 days of being notified of the win then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
12. We will send the prize to the winner by email within 14 days of the winner confirming their email address.
13. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
14. Our decision regarding any aspect of the free prize draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. The winner’s name may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the Administrator, GAP Communications, 55E Loudoun Road, Newmilns, KA16 9HJ within 28 days after the closing date of the free draw.
16. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these rules.
17. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the free draw/survey where it becomes necessary to do so.
18. No responsibility will be taken for any income tax or other tax liabilities incurred by the winners in receipt of the prize outlined above.
19. Insofar as is permitted by law we will not be responsible for, or liable to compensate the winner for, or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence.
20. The prize draw will be governed by Scottish law and entrants to the free prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
21. “We”, “our” and “us” are references to the GAP Communications, 55E Loudoun Road, Newmilns, KA16 9HJ.
