In some businesses, including family businesses, there is a natural successor and the task for the owner is to facilitate a smooth handover while exiting gracefully, and completely, from the business.
In other businesses, there is no clear path. We work with these businesses at an early stage of the succession journey to explore options while acting as a confidential listening ear.
