Here we worked in partnership with a small specialist business and management consultancy to help sharpen up their tendering.
The consultancy had been tendering for years, with a good level of success, but felt their overall ‘win’ rate was dropping and their tender formats had become rather tired.
Taking on board all the tender feedback they had had, and ‘reading between the lines’ of that feedback, we worked with them to revise and modernise their tender format. We also worked with their tendering team to help them streamline and semi-automate the tender process.
We’re delighted to say that shortly after we’d worked with them, and using their new tender format, our client won a 3-year, high value contract with a prestigious academic establishment.
